Our CoverMyMeds team is growing rapidly and we are in search of a client relationship leader to provide coaching and mentorship to an established account management team. You’ll lead 4-6 key account managers, account managers and account associates to support some of CoverMyMeds highest-profile and most essential Payer accounts.
What you'll do
You’ll lead a top-notch relationship management team that strives to expand and optimize our client partnerships. This is a new position, reporting to the Senior Manager, Payer Account Strategy and Development. Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees’ primary responsibilities.
You are highly knowledgeable about client relations, particularly for large and complex PBM and health plan accounts. You are a results-oriented professional with a strong sense of initiative and ownership. You’re also an enthusiastic mentor, who thrives on coaching a team of high performers. You have a hands-on management style with an emphasis on teamwork.
