As a Help Desk Support Specialist at CoverMyMeds, you provide first-line technical support for all of our great team members. You create solutions to keep our teams working as effectively as possible, and solve the tough problems when they arise. You work with everyone from the technical side to the operations side with endless opportunities to take on responsibility and continue learning.
