Marketing Manager, Patient

Our health care system is full of surprises, which can make it quite frustrating to be a patient.  Too often, when there needs to be effective coordination between doctors, pharmacies and insurance companies, someone ends up dropping the ball.  Have you ever had a prescription that was accidentally sent to the wrong pharmacy? Or your insurance paperwork got lost somewhere in the process?  Or you found out a different pharmacy would’ve been cheaper? Or your medication didn’t work?

We’re trying to fix things like that.  We’re building a small, cross-functional team that’s creating new products to help patients get the medications they need to live healthy lives.

CoverMyMeds is hiring a Marketing professional to join our growing team. This team member will lead the execution of a broad range of marketing efforts for our team. 

What You'll Do

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees’ primary responsibilities.

  • Drive and own the marketing strategy for marketing channels that will increase product awareness with key prospects and establish leadership perception
  • Collaborate with your colleagues on the team to leverage industry events, content, PR and patient success stories
  • Work with our analytics team to implement comprehensive campaign tracking and analyze marketing data
  • Manage a marketing budget, tracking awareness, perception, cost of customer acquisition and return on investment of marketing efforts
  • Stay current on new technologies, trends, and approaches that help stay in front of the right people at the right time
  • Work closely with the UX and development teams to improve marketing experiences

  • Strong background in B2C marketing
  • Documented record of successful results in seeing projects through from strategy to execution
  • Skilled relationship builder with demonstrable experience working on cross-functional projects
  • Data driven
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn and grow within the organization
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Agency or start-up experience is a plus
